FAQs

How exactly can you use surveys to help my brand?
Good question! I can:

• Measure brand awareness & perception so you can drive organic growth from a wider audience.

• Identify benefit claims and value propositions that drive maximum engagement for a new product or positioning.

• Poll your entire addressable market so you know which channels to leverage and unmet needs to message around.

What should I expect in terms of costs?
If you’re getting married and ask a wedding planner, “How much does one wedding cost?” they’ll say, “It depends on what kind of wedding do you want…”

I work with my clients like a wedding planner works with a bride and groom. I’ll listen to your priorities and then provide options that fit your budget and goals.

If I schedule a chat, what will we talk about?
Your growth goals, research goals, and timing.

I’ll also ask you to fill in the blank: “Doing a project with you will be a complete waste of my time and money if I don’t learn ___________ .”

If we chat and I think there’s a good fit, what happens next?
I’ll send you a proposal and give you a chance to react to the scope of work. If it looks good, we’ll press ‘go.’

What should I expect in terms of methodology?
My rule of thumb: “If the survey is too long, it’s wrong.”

I rarely field surveys that take respondents longer than five minutes to complete. My goal: not one single slide or survey question wasted.

If we schedule a chat, will I need to commit to anything?
Nope.

I don’t want to schedule anything. Can I just use the form to ask you a quick question?
Yes.

How long do your typical engagements last?
1-2 months — but I’ve completed some projects in a few weeks and others over several months.
